Returns & Exchange Policy
This policy applies to purchases made through our official website.
Conditions for Returns and Replacements:
Eligibility:
- Incorrect item delivered.
- Item delivered damaged.
- Item has a manufacturing defect.
Contact us within 3 days of receiving the package to report any of these issues. All returns are processed as store credit only. No refunds will be issued. A return shipping fee of INR 200 will be deducted from the store credit upon approval. Store credits are valid for up to 8 months from the date of issue. Returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, and unwashed—with original tags attached.
Ineligibility:
- Custom-made items.
- Items not returned in their original condition.
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered.
- Items with makeup stains or any scent (e.g., perfume).
- Sale items, gift cards, store credits, and accessories.
Processing Timeframes:
- Store credits for returns will be processed within 3-4 business days after the returned item passes our quality inspection.\
- Replacement packages for exchanges will be dispatched within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
Exchange or Return Process:
- Provide the reason for your return/exchange when submitting your request.
- Once approved, we will arrange a courier pickup at your provided address within 2-3 working days. Notify us of any changes to your pickup address when placing the request.
- After the return is received and passes quality inspection, we will process the store credit within 2-3 business days.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will only be provided if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item. Please contact us immediately at +91-9166036090 via Whatsapp only with your order number and images of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter promptly.
You can expect a refund within 7-10 days via the same getaway payment was made.
Additional Notes:
- Orders placed using store credits cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If you ship the garment back yourself, we will not be liable for any loss incurred during the return shipment.
